Returns Policy

At Dune Candles, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we have a flexible returns policy to assist you.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• Be returned in the original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shopyogi.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Postage costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned item(s) back to us. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shopyogi.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the package. Be sure to include:

• A photo of the damaged item.
• Your order number.

We will send a replacement item free of charge as quickly as possible.
